We're excited to share our latest product roadmap, covering the remainder of 2024 into early 2025.

Our team has made great strides in the first half of 2024, successfully delivering key features like the mobile timesheet, demo account, and WIP report. Looking ahead, we've gathered hundreds of valuable feedbacks from our clients, shaping our upcoming plans for Clarc.

1. Contract Optimization

We’re prioritizing the development of a new feature that allows you to upload your own contract templates using Word documents, seamlessly integrating contract values with variables from Clarc. This enhancement will give you greater flexibility and control over customizing your templates to suit your specific needs.

2. Forecasting

The new forecasting feature will provide insights into future income by analyzing projected work hours and fees. It will offer a comprehensive view of your business’s revenue, expenses, and cash flow, empowering you to make more informed and strategic decisions.

3. Resourcing & Timeline Upgrade

We’re enhancing the integration between resource management and project timelines to improve your ability to allocate resources and track project progress. This upgrade will enable you to monitor both actual and projected hours for each project and easily allocate hours based on availability. Additionally, you’ll be able to pre-generate project timelines using templates, as long as you can estimate the duration of each project stage.

4. Customized Report

We aim to offer the flexibility to select your own variables for generating customized reports, whether for invoices, timesheets, or resource management. Additionally, we’re exploring potential API integrations with Xero to pull in additional financial data, providing you with more accurate and comprehensive business insights.
