It’s easy to add more users on Clarc. Simply add them as team members in the team member function and click the link button on their contact tile to activate their account.

You can change plans from your accounts admin settings within Clarc at any time. Just log into your account and navigate to your admin settings page. Under the Payment & Billing tab you can change between monthly/annual billing and switch between the different plan options we have available.
No. Each plan is specific to your organisation not the individual user.
We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before your next payment, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. Once your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features until you resubscribe.
