1.1 This document details the privacy policy (“Policy”) of Clarc Limited (“our” “we” “us”). It is here to show how we will use any Personal Information which you provide to us. Clarc Limited is a New Zealand registered company.
1.2 “Personal Information” means information about an identifiable individual. Examples of Personal Information which we collect are names, addresses, email address and phone numbers.

Where reasonable and practicable to do so, we will collect Personal Information from you.

(a) operate our website and Clarc and provide you with services and information relating to Clarc;
(b) communicate with you (for instance to provide you with any information you have requested and to provide you with updated information about Clarc) and to display targeted advertising to you online;
(c) with marketing communications about any other Clarc products and services other products and services we or our related companies offer;
(d) detect and prevent any fraudulent or malicious activity and to ensure that all users are using our website and Clarc for proper purposes;
(e) compile further Personal Information from your use of our website “Usage Information”;
(f) produce anonymous statistics on our users, and such statistics may be provided to third parties. All such statistics will be provided in a way which does not allow any user to be identified.
2.3 We do not sell or rent your Personal Information to any other party.

6.2 We store your Personal Information using hosting services provided by third parties which are Google and Alibaba Cloud which we can access from any location.
6.3 You acknowledge that disabling your Clarc account does not remove your Personal Information from our system. You agree that we may hold your Personal Information for as long as we believe is required for the purposes of operating Clarc and our website and to fulfil our legal obligations. For the sake of clarity this is a period of at least seven years.

7. Miscellaneous
7.1 We may retain other information about your behaviour on our website to assist us in better operating our website as well as allowing us to grow its use.
