We use Clarc every working day

We are a small architectural design studio called JCA Studio in the process of growing as a business. As such we have been on the look out for a tool that would help us manage our time more efficiently and effectively

We tried another software previous to Clarc, however we found it didn’t really understand what we needed and therefore couldn’t give us the outputs we were after.

But once we became aware of Clarc, and the fact that it’s been developed by those that know how the architecture/construction industry works in NZ, we made the switch as have found it aligns a lot more to the work flow we were after.

It’s still early days yet but the timesheet entries and tracking our budget has been great feature that we were looking for before we found Clarc. It just means that we have up to date data on where we’re at with every project in terms of our fees vs budget, and therefore can plan how to meet our targets more effectively and accurately. I would definitely recommend Clarc to other architectural firms that are small/medium scale in size, who are after a reasonably user friendly and easy to use management software.
